Proper form is extremely important when you work out with weights!
I’ve seen how people injure themselves (including myself 😅) when they are not focused on getting their posture right!
I used to curve my back a lot when I plank which is really bad for my spine! Good thing is, when you’re in the hands of great trainers, they will certainly look out for you!
Remember, good form over reps.. always!
